Apache med PHP hjælp

edit: jeg fandt ud af det... men hvordan får jeg apache til at virke så jeg kan komme i kontakt med den fre internetet?

jeg har lige installeret PHP og Apache 2.0 virker fint lokalt men når jeg skriver http://minip:port/ i browseren siger den (siden kan ikke findes)

jeg har åbnet porten og henvist den til min lokal ip, det er nemlig samme port som jeg brugte før jeg skiftede midt bundkort. og den har virket med den gamle installation af apache. I httpd.conf har jeg sat servername til localhost og listen port til 7016, den port jeg har åbnet til apache. men (siden kan ikke vises)
