Fejl i kode

Hej Udviklere.
Jeg har været i gang med et nyhedsscript, der er vidst ikke brug for forklaring der.

I min comments.php sker dette:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /ADRESSE/news/comments.php on line 27

Jeg aner ikke hvad det er, har kigget på det og prøvet ALVERDENS ting, men har ingen idé om hvad der går galt.
