Redigere direkte på ftp

Hej

Jeg har lige installeret SuSE 8.2, og mangler nu en editor ligesom Webcoder, der kan redigere filer direkte på ftp'en, så de ikke behøver at ligge lokalt.
Hvilket (kanon godt) program kan det?

VIM kan godt redigere filer på en ftp server, uden at man skal bekymre sig om konstant download og upload. Jeg har dog ikke selv prøvet det.
FTP protokollen understøtter så vidt jeg ved ikke redigering af filer direkte på serveren, så under alle omstændigheder vil filen blive downloadet for kunne blive redigeret. Det gælder både VIM, Crimson Editor og alle andre.

Thus, I conclude

Jeg kan klart anbefale "Crimson editor"... Den fungere perfekt til det job! (Selvom den godt kan være lidt langsom om at connecte)...

jeg bruger kaspers egen editor od den kan hente filerne og så trykker du bare gem så har den uploadet den!!!!!!!
